My stay at the hotel was a fantastic experience overall. The rooms were on the small side but super clean, well-appointed, and featured a balcony with a good view. The housekeeping attendants were extremely friendly and helpful. The service was top-notch with staff going out of their way to assist guests. The location was convenient for accessing the cruise port and shops, within walking distance to the waterfront and bus/boat tours. However, the dining experience was a letdown, not worth the money, lacking entertainment and with a very small pool. Two standout positive points were the friendly service and the cleanliness of the rooms, while the disappointing dining and small pool were drawbacks.
